目前,大多数学者对中转港口选择的研究都是基于港口物流系统的角度,没有考虑运输成本这一关键因素,或者将其纳入港口物流系统从而整体评价,只能给出一定的港口选择建议,对钢铁企业选择进口铁矿石中转港口的实际帮助有限。本文将港口物流系统发展水平转化为对运输选择的影响系数,应用FCE模糊综合评价法计算候选港口影响系数;建立铁矿石中转港口选择的以最低成本为目标的线性规划模型并进行了实例计算。实例表明,模型在钢铁企业选择进口铁矿石中转港口时能够提供更准确的决策支持。

t present, most scholars research on transit port choice are based on the viewpoint of port logistics system, without considering the critical factor: transportation cost, or the overall evaluation. It only gives some suggestions on port choice, and the actually help for steel enterprises to choose imported iron ore transshipment port is very limited. In this paper, the development level of the port logistics system are treated as the effect coefficient of transportation route choice, and then, apply the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to measure the influence coefficient of transit port.; Establishes the linear programming model of ore transshipment port selecting with the lowest cost as the objective, and a calculation example is given. The results of example show that the model can provide more realistic or more effective decision support for steel-making enterprise, when they choose imported iron ore transshipment port.
