寄主专化型棉蚜对药剂的敏感性

he sensitivity of Aphis gossypii to four pesticides were compared between cotton and cucurbits specialized population by bioassay method. The results showed that the sensitivity of cotton specialized aphid population to these four pesticides was stronger than that of the cucurbits specialized population. The efficacity of cyhalothrin and deltamethrin pesticides on cotton specialization aphids was better, but these pesticides on cucurbits specialization aphids were poorer at the same concentrations. The resistance of the host specialization in cotton aphid population to some pesticides was significantly different. And the formation causes of host specialization in aphid cotton may be related with the pesticides resistance.
