花生农艺性状的遗传变异及主成分分析
Genetic Variation and Principal Component Analysis on Agronomic Trait of Peanut (Arachis hypogaea L)
应用SPSS 17.0软件,对两个栽培种杂交获得的重组自交系 (Recombinant Inbred Lines, RIL)的18个重要农艺性状进行了遗传分化和主成分分析。结果表明:单株多粒果数、荚果网纹、单株仁重和单株生产力的变异系数较大,分别为87.73%、39.80%、34.11%和32.99%,种子宽的变异系数最小为8.38%;主成分结果表明,前七个主成分对变异的累计贡献率为81.86%,第一主成分的贡献率最大为26.31%。在性状的选择上,应优先选择变异系数较大的性状;在品种选择上,应选择单株果数、单株生产力、单株仁重、出仁率均较高的品种。
Variation coefficient and principal analysis were performed on 18 quantitative characters of peanut important agronomic by using the statistical software SPSS 17.0. The results showed that the variations of multi-seed number/plant, pod reticulation, seed weight/plant, pod weight/plant were the greatest, with a value of 87.73%, 39.80%, 34.11% and 32.99%, and variations of growth period were the least, with a value of 8.38%. Principal component analysis showed that the first seven principal components accounted for 81.86% of total variation, the leading principal component contribution were the greatest, with a value of 26.31%. It is extremely important to select agronomic traits with bigger variation coefficient and varieties with higher pod number/plant, pod weight/plant, seed weight/plant and shelling percentage.
