一种基于荧光标记DNA的银离子检测方法

NA的独特的碱基互补配对方式和可控多变的结构使其作为一种工具分子而应用于医学、材料学和生物学等许多领域。通过和银离子的反应,经过荧光标记的 DNA的二级结构得到改变,从而控制它在荧光淬灭剂--石墨烯的表面吸附或脱附,由此产生荧光信号的改变,达到检测银离子的目的。
NA can be used as a tool molecule in many fields such as medical, material and biology due to its unique base-pairing way and controllable, changeful structure. Through interacting with Ag ion, the secondary structure of labeled DNA changes. It can adsorpt or separate from the surface of the fluorescence quencher-graphene oxide and leads to the change of fluorescence signal. So it can be used to detect Ag ion.
