基于小波变换和线性判别分类的ECG身份识别
ECG Identification Based on Wavelet Transform and Linear Discriminant Analysis
针对基于ECG身份识别这一研究课题,首先,本文采用小波变换方法对ECG信号去噪,随后提取特征频率段sym8小波系数作为特征矩阵,最后,用线性判别式分析进行身份的识别。将本方法用于12个正常被试的身份识别,获得了96.17%的正确率。
In order to realize the identification based on ECG, this paper adopts the method of wavelet decomposition to completed signal preprocessing such as noise reduction. The feature matrix is consisted by wavelet transform coefficient. Linear discriminant analysis are applied in the recognition part. The experiment achieves a recognition rate of 96.17% by testing the proposed algorithm which is based on the collection of 480 heart sounds from 12 people.
