ICP-MS法对镍冶炼企业粉尘中主要金属含量检测分析

【目的】 建立利用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)分析镍冶炼企业粉尘中多元素分析的方法,检测镍及其他五种金属元素的含量。【方法】 优化ICP-MS的最佳测定条件,同时测定镍冶炼烟尘中Ni、Mn、Cu、Cd、Pb、Sb等金属元素。【结果】 选矿车间、铜镍分离除尘间、冶炼车间及精炼车间中的职业性粉尘中镍含量分别为81.12%、48.26%、77.40%和99.98%;方法的精密度与准确度良好,回收率为90.0%~106.3%。【结论】 该方法准确、快速、简便,可同时用于职业接触镍粉尘中多种金属元素的测定。

Objective To establish the use of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry ( ICP-MS ) analysis of nickel in each production link dust multi element analysis method and the analysis of nickel and other five kinds of metal content Method The optimal detection condition was optimized and 6 metal elements (Ni, Mn, Cu, Cd, Pb, Sb) in nickel powder were simultaneously detected. Result The contents of Nickel in occupational dusts from Ore-Dressing Workshop、Copper-Nickel Separationg Workshop、Smelting Workshop and Refining Workshop are 81.12%、48.26%、77.40%和99.98%;The precision and accuracy of the method is excellent and percent recovery was 90.8%-106.3%. Conclusion The method is accurate, rapid, and can be simultaneously used for nickel production occupation exposure to dust in a variety of metal elements determination, with satisfactory results. Nickel production process for heavy metal composition was significantly affected by the production, production of different heavy metal occupation exposure is considered one of the important factors.
