血清淀粉样P成分、载脂蛋白A1的研究进展

血清淀粉样P成分(Serum amyloid P component，SAP)是一个五聚蛋白和钙依赖蛋白配体结合，是血清中惟一可与细胞死亡释放的DNA呈钙依赖性结合的蛋白，此外SAP还是唯一在癌症晚期表达的基因。载脂蛋白A1 (Apolipoprotein A1，ApoA1)是高密度脂蛋白的主要组成部分，最近在癌症患者的血浆中发现ApoA1，而且在不同的癌组织中有不同的表达。SAP和ApoA1有可能成为肿瘤早期诊断评价预后的指标，以弥补和改善临床现有的肿瘤标志物在肿瘤诊断中灵敏度和特异性的不足。
Serum amyloid P component(SAP) is a pentamer and also the only one that can binding the DNA of dead cells in the serum. Still, SAP is the single one which is expressed in the advanced stage of cancer . Apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1) is a essential part of HDL, latest research showed that it can be found in the serum of cancer patients and its expression is different in various cancer tissues. SAP and ApoA1 might be indicators of prognosis evaluation of early diagnosis of tumors, to compensate and improve the lack of sensitivity and specificity of clinical tumor markers in the diagnosis.
