应变能响应分类方法在叶片损伤识别中的应用

Research and Application of Strain Energy Response classification Method in Blade Damage Identification

通过大型风力机组的模态分析,得到机组前二十阶固有频率和振型;通过分析叶片的动态特性,找出叶片低阶振动的危险点。计算获得叶轮激励下叶片正常状态、质量偏心状态下的机舱点的应变能变化率。采用应变能变化率和支持向量机方法,从机舱点响应的应变能变化率,提取对应叶片各点损伤的应变能变化率,作为叶片损伤识别、定位、预测的特征量。研究结果表明,基于机舱点的应变能响应变化率,提取叶片损伤识别、定位的特征量,用支持向量机方法可有效、精确地识别出叶片不同位置、不同程度的质量偏心。

bstract: By doing modal analysis of the whole wind turbine system, we can get the first twenty orders natural frequencies and corresponding mode shapes, By analyzing the dynamic characteristics of the blade, the dangerous points of blade were fund. Under rotor rotating excitation in the normal state, blade mass eccentricity states, the strain energy change rates (SECR) of nacelle are obtained. While based on the SECR of nacelle, the methods of strain energy change rate and support vector machine are introduced to indentify locate the mass eccentricity and stiffness damages. The results show that mass eccentricity at different location and in different degree can be efficiency identified by means of support vector machine classification method.
