柴油/汽油混合燃料的物理特性研究
Research on the Physical Properties of the Diesel-Gasoline Blend Fuel
本文采用实验手段,在5~65℃温度范围内,对柴油/汽油混合燃料的几种基本物性参数进行了测量与研究。通过对不同掺混比(柴油体积分数分别为20%、40%、60%、80%)下的混合燃料的密度、粘度、表面张力及稳定性等物理特性的测试与研究,总结出了混合燃料密度、粘度及表面张力随温度以及掺混比的变化规律,得到了具有较高精度的混合燃料的物性参数经验关系式,建立了较为完善的柴油/汽油混合燃料物性参数数据库。
In this paper, physical properties including density, viscosity, surface tension and the stability of the different contents of diesel-gasoline blend fuel parameters were measured and analyzed. The experiments were performed on the diesel-gasoline blend fuel with 4 different volume fraction of diesel (20%、40%、60%、and 80%) at temperature from 5 to 65℃. Based on experimental data, the influence of temperature and diesel content on the blends properties was summarized and the formulas about the material parameters were determined. At the same time, a database of the material parameters of the blends was established.
