温室黄瓜成熟度和空间位置的识别是黄瓜采摘机器人研究的重要环节,要解决此问题首先必须对采集的黄瓜图像进行分割。虽然黄瓜果实与其果梗叶片的颜色都同为绿色,但由于黄瓜果实与其果梗叶片在反射率和含水率上存在差距,因此在颜色深度上就存在差别。本文就利用它们在颜色深度上的差异,利用RGB颜色模型中的G分量及阈值化方法对在自然背景下采集的黄瓜图像进行图像分割,实现黄瓜果实与背景的分离。在图像分割后对图像进行腐蚀,膨胀,区域标记及特征提取等处理,从而准确地提取出黄瓜果实。

For the cucumber harvesting robot , the degree of maturation and recognition of the position in space are the important steps . First of all, segmentation of cucumber image is required. The color of cucumber is the same with its peduncle and leave, but they are different in reflectivity and containing of water, so the depth of their color are recognizable. Based on the difference, abstract the G channel information from the image which cucumber in the nature background in the color model of RGB and binarize the gray image, separate the cucumber from its background. Then, through erosion and dilatation to remove the little and isolated noises, and do area-sign to the image, after that separated the cucumber exactly from image by feature abstract.
