基于ARM11的电厂无线数据采集与控制系统软件设计与实现
Software Design and Realization of Power Plant Wireless Data Acguisition and Control System Based on ARM11
本文设计了一套以传感器为数据采集单元,以ARM11开发板为主要数据处理单元的下位机和装有组态软件的PC机为上位机的电厂无线数据采集与控制系统。开发板以MODBUS RTU协议为主要数据通信格式,通过数字量和模拟量模块实时读取采集单元中的数据对其进行记录和分析,可独立完成设定控制任务及功能。借助GPRS DTU的全透明传输方式,依托GPRS和Internet网络来进行上、下位机间的通讯,实现了对数据处理与远程控制远程的实时性。将此系统用于某地下水系统的数据采集与控制,运行结果表明,该系统可很好地完成设计任务,并能长时间可靠运行。
In this paper,the software design of a wireless data acquisition and control system for plant which includes two main parts: the upper and lower machine were described. The lower machine that includes sensor as data acquisition unit and development board, i.e. the control unit and the upper PC with configuration software make the whole system. MODBUS RTU protocol is used as the data communication format in the lower machine and the development board reads real-time data through digital quantity and analogue module. After the recording and analyzing of data, the lower machine may complete some control task and realize some business functions independently according to the analysis results. GPRS DTU is used as the full transparency transmission and relying on GPRS and Internet networks the upper and the lower machine communicate with each other, so this system achieves data processing and controlling remotely and real-timely. It is useful and has a great significance, for after using, it shows its great ability in groundwater resource management.
