植物油脱臭馏出物甲酯化实验研究

Experiment research on methyl esterification of vegetable oil deodorization distillate

我国拥有丰富的植物油资源,脱臭馏出物是植物油精炼过程中的副产物,含有丰富的甘油酯、臭味物质、氧化分解产物、生育酚等一系列物质,但目前脱臭馏出物还未得到合理的综合利用。本文通过对脱臭馏出物的物性进行研究,进而进行甲酯化实验,得出甲酯化的最佳工艺条件为,甲醇/ DOD =1:1,甲醇钠/DOD=0.02,反应温度65℃,反应时间120min,在此试验条件下,脱臭馏出物的酯化率可达90%以上。

Our country has a rich vegetable oil resources,deodorization distillate is by-products in the process of refining vegetable oil, contains rich free fatty acids, glyceride, stink material, oxidative decomposition product, tocopheryl, and some other listed substances. But at present,the deodorization distillate of content has not got the reasonable comprehensive utilization. This article unifies the related literature, through the experiment methyl, it obtained the best process conditions for mineralization,the methanol and material ratio is 1:1, sodium methoxide and material ratio is 0.02, reaction temperature is 65℃, reaction time is 120 min. In this conditions, the deodorization distillate of esterification rate can reach more than 90%.
