电容加载对十字环形缝隙FSS传输特性的影响
Effect of the Capacitance on the transmission characteristics of cross-loop slot frequency selective surface
有源频率选择表面是将有源器件加载到无源FSS中,通过有源器件的可调节性实现对FSS性能的控制。本文基于有源器件可等效为电容的原理,利用时域有限差分方法,研究了电容加载对十字环型缝隙频率选择表面传输特性的影响,并给出了其等效电路模型。结果表明:电容对十字环型缝隙频率选择表面传输特性有较好的可控性,且随着电容值的增大,传输带宽减小,中心频点向低频漂移。
ctive frequency selective surface is the FSS loaded with active device which can be used to control the FSS performance by means of self-adjustment. Based on the principle of equivalent circuit, in this paper, the transmission characteristics of cross-loop slot frequency selective surface were studied by the FDTD method and the equivalent circuit model were given. The results show that, with the increasing of capacitance, the tansmission bandwidth decreases and the resonance frequency drift to the lower frequency, the transmission characteristics has a better controllability.
