基于rDNA ITS序列的中国柴胡属植物系统发育分析
Phylogenetic Analysis of Bupleurum species in china based on rDNA ITS sequence
使用DNAstar、PAUP和MrBayes软件,对7种中国药用柴胡属植物和其不同属的18种近缘植物的ITS序列进行系统分析,探讨7种柴胡属植物与近缘种的系统演化关系,以及种间进化关系,用最大简约法、邻接法、最大似然法和贝叶斯分析方法构建的系统树基本一致, 结果显示:(1)7种柴胡属植物的ITS序列分别有多个特异性信息位点,其突变性高于其它属的植物,种间分支中有较高的支持率;(2)7种柴胡属植物独立聚为一阶元,与其它类群关系较远,虽然它们同属于阿米芹族,但在所选种类中是较为特殊的类群;(3)7种柴胡属植物的分支分析结果与形态学、孢粉学和染色体的研究结果存在一定的差异。
We use seven Bupleurum species and their 18 relative lineages species to reconstruct the phylogenetic trees, basing on rDNA ITS sequencusing.The phylogenetic relationships were inferred using the Bayesian, maximum-parsimony,maximum-likehood and neighbor-joining analysis, and four methods produced trees with congruent topology for seven Bupleurum species by different ways. These trees reveal that: (1)ITS sequence may be the evidence for the molecular authentication of Bupleurum species. (2)The seven Bupleurum species are especial group in the 18 relative lineages species.(3)The seven Bupleurum species in china are divided into two main group, and there are difference with karyology and palynology.
