永磁同步电机失磁故障分析

永磁同步电机具有高效率、高能量密度、结构简单等特点,在众多工业领域得到广泛应用。永磁同步电机在运行时容易受到温度、电枢反应、振动等因素影响产生失磁故障,使电机性能下降甚至停转,因此对永磁同步电机失磁故障进行分析和监测是十分重要的。本文基于有限元电磁场分析软件ansoft 13对调速永磁同步电机进行建模仿真,模拟其发生失磁故障的状态。对失磁故障状态下电机的反电动势频谱和其它主要参数进行分析,并与正常状态下进行比较,找出电机失磁故障特征,为进一步研究永磁同步电机失磁故障在线侦测系统提供理论依据。

Permanent magnet synchronous machine (PMSM) is used widely in different industrial sectors for variety applications due to their high efficiency, high energy density, and simple structure. Demagnetization fault of PMSM is prone to occur by influence of temperature, armature reaction, vibration and other factors when the machine is on operation .Since demagnetization of permanent magnet results in degradation of motor performance and even stall, it's important to analyze and monitor the permanent magnet condition . In this paper, a adjust-speed PMSM is modelled and simulated Based on electromagnetic field analysis software ansoft 13 of two dimensional Finite Element Analysis, and simulate the demagnetization fault to occur. The FFT transformation is used to analyze the spectrum of the back-EMF in fault condition, then the spectrum is compared with the normal state to identify characteristics of the motor demagnetization fault. The analysis of PMSM demagnetization fault provide a theoretical basis for the further to develop online monitoring system .
