为了优选甘肃沙枣总鞣质的最佳提取工艺,采用正交试验法对沙枣中鞣质的提取工艺进行优选,以总鞣质含量为指标,用EDTA络合滴定法测定鞣质含量。结果表明沙枣鞣质的最佳提取工艺为10倍量50%丙酮浸泡24h,回流提取3h。该工艺合理,沙枣总鞣质含量为3.16%

o optimize the extraction process of total tannin of Gansu Elaeagnus. The optimum extraction process of total tannin of Elaeagnus angustifolia was selected by orthogonal experimental design. The content of total tannin was chosen as the assessment index, and the EDTA complex metric titration was used for the measurement.Results showed that the optimum extraction process conditions were as follows: adding 10-fold 50% acetone, soaking 6 hours, and extracting for 3 hours by solution reflux. The optimum extraction process is reliable,with higher extracting ratio of the active components.
