随着大规模集成电路的发展,传统的基于探针的测试方法已经很难对复杂电路进行快速有效的测试,而边界扫描技术是一种标准的数字电路的测试方法,它以特有的结构和检测方法克服了复杂数字电路板的测试障碍,大大提高了数字电路的可测试性;本文选用了目前流行的FTDI 公司的FT2232H芯片设计了边界扫描控制器,该控制器可以方便快速的实现USB/JTAG双向转换和测试数据的自动加载和采集,且USB数据的收发和各种协议转换工作全部由转换器独立完成;实际测试表明这种方法具有方便,快捷,即插即用的特点。?????
With the developing of very large-scale integrated circuit and the applying of nanometer technology. It is difficult to test the complicated circuit quickly and efficaciously by traditional test method, Boundary-Scan technique is a standard technique for the test of digital circuit boards, which can improve the testability and controllability of complex digital circuits effectively by means of embedding special boundary scan cells inside the circuits. A boundary scan controller with the USB interface is designed. Which selected the FTDI's popular chip called FTD2232H, the chip can achieve two-way conversion between USB and JTAG the data's receive and send and a variety of conversion protocol done by the converter independenly.Test results show it is an easy and fast way to achieve built-in test for circuits and has the characteristic of plug and play.
