智能CNG气瓶装卸机械手的控制系统设计

针对全国各地出现的CNG汽车加气难、排队时间长等问题，提出了CNG汽车快餐式加气模式。CNG气瓶装快速卸机具是快餐式加气模式涉及的关键技术之一。基于快速、安全、自动化的目标和步进电机控制算法，采用三维步进电机加机械传动的方法，设计了CNG气瓶快速装卸机具, 给出了其智能控制系统的软硬件设计过程和部分源程序。经过实际应用，达到了很好的实用效果。

CNG cylinders Handling machinery is one of the key technologies concern with the fast food-filling model. Based on speediness, safety, robotization and stepping motor controlling—algorithm, adopt method of three-dimensional stepping motor and mechanical driving , design the CNG cylinders fast handling machinery and give out design of the hardware and software and partial source programs. After practice, have a very good practical result.
