本实验采用单因素变量法分别研究了(Ba0.7-xSr0.3Cax)TiO3基电容器陶瓷中Ca含量变化以及掺杂稀土氧化物Ce4+对材料介电性能的影响,得到了Ca2+和Ce4+影响其性能的规律。制得了介电常数为3215,介质损耗为0.0026的高压低损耗陶瓷电容器瓷料,并探讨了改性作用的机理。

eO2-doped (Ba0.7-xSr0.3Cax)TiO3 (BSCT) dielectric ceramics were prepared by conventional solid state method, and their dielectric properties were investigated with variation of CeO2 doping content and sintering temperature. The X-ray diffraction patterns indicated that all the BSCT specimens possessed the perovskite polycrystalline structure. The experimental results r eveal that the introduction of CeO2 into (Ba0.7-xSr0.3Cax)TiO3 can control the grain growth, reduce the relative dielectric constant and dielectric loss, shift the Curie temperature to lower temperature and significantly improve the thermal stability of the BSCT ceramics. The samples doped with 0.6 mol% CeO2 sintered at 1320 癈 for 2 h exhibited attractive properties, including high relative dielectric constant, low dielectric loss, low temperature coefficient of capacitor over a wide temperature range from −25 癈 to +85 癈.
