冲击过程中散粒货物的流态 及其对敞车压力的研究

本文采用颗粒流方法及数值模拟程序(PFC2D)对装载散粒货物的敞车,在调车冲击过程中端墙压力及散粒货物的流态进行模拟研究。PFC程序中,敞车的速度通过MATLAB拟合的速度曲线加以控制,从而实现了在整个调车冲击工程中对敞车的速度进行全程控制。最终将数值模拟结果与实车试验结果进行对比分析,从而证明了采用颗粒流方法模拟车辆在调车冲击过程中行为的可行性,得到被冲击端墙的压力分布曲线,并发现冲击过程中车体内散粒体存在结拱、破拱、回流、层流、涡流等多种复杂现象。

he Particle Flow Code method and numerical simulation program PFC2D are used to simulate the pressure of railway gondola car and the flow pattern of granular cargo in the process of impact in this paper. The velocity of gondola car in PFC program is controlled by an velocity curve which is fitted by MATLAB,so that the velocity is always controlled during the process of impact.It is finally proved that the PFC method is feasible after comparing and analyzing the simulative result with the real lab test,the pressure distribution curve of endwall is achieved,and forming arch,breaking arch,reflow,laminar flow,eddy currents are found during the process of impact.
