炉渣成分对钒钛磁铁矿高炉渣系冶金性能的影响
he Effects of Blast Furnace Slag System Components of Vanadium-titanium Magnetite on Its Metallurgical Properties
以国内某钢铁企业现场钒钛磁铁矿高炉渣为基础,利用纯化学试剂配渣,系统研究了炉渣二元碱度(R2)及MgO、Al2O3、TiO2、V2O5含量对钒钛磁铁矿高炉渣系冶金性能的影响规律。结果表明:随炉渣碱度和MgO含量增加,渣系熔化性温度(Tm)、初始黏度(η0)和高温黏度(ηh)均呈先降低后升高趋势;随炉渣Al2O3含量增加,渣系Tm显著增大,η0先降低后升高,ηh大致呈上升趋势;随炉渣TiO2含量增加,渣系Tm增幅较大,而η0和ηh逐渐下降,炉渣黏流活化能逐渐升高,渣系热稳定性变差;随炉渣V2O5含量增加,渣系Tm先降低后升高,η0和ηh增大。
he components of practical BF slag of vanadium-titanium magnetite provided by a domestic enterprise were adjusted by adding pure chemical reagents in this study, then the effects of binary basicity R2, MgO content, Al2O3 content, TiO2 content and V2O5 content on the metallurgical properties of BF slag of vanadium-titanium magnetite were studied systematically . The experimental results were as follows: with the R2 and MgO content increasing, the melting temperature(Tm), initial viscosity(η0) and high-temperature viscosity(ηh) of slag were in the first decreased and then increased trend; with the Al2O3 content increasing, the Tm of slag was significantly elevated increased, the η0 of slag was in the first decreased and then increased trend, the ηh of slag were increased approximately; with the TiO2 content increasing, the Tm of slag was obviously increased, the η0 and ηh of slag were in the downward trend overall, the viscous flow activation energy of slag wsa increased gradually and the heat endurance of slag became worse; with the V2O5 content increasing, the Tm of slag was first decreased and then increased, the η0 and ηh of slag were in increased trend.
