日用精细化工产品的THz波谱分析

本文利用太赫兹时域光谱技术,对不同种类的日用精细化工产品进行了光谱检测,获得了在0.2-2.0 THz频段下的太赫兹光谱,旨在分析THz-TDS技术对日用精细化工产品进行鉴定识别的可行性。研究发现,在各样品所对应的THz频段内,四种产品对THz脉冲的吸收系数与折射率曲线有明显的分层现象,且其他类产品的细微差别亦可利用THz折射率谱进行有效区分。说明THz-TDS在日用精细化工产品的区分与鉴定领域有广泛的应用前景。此外,日用精细化工产品属于石油产业产物之一,说明THz技术在油气光学领域中的应用也有研究的价值。
We obtain the THz spectra of six brands of usual fine chemical samples at the range of 0.2-2.0 THz. Four type samples have a clear macro hierarchical structure; the nuances of others samples can also be distinguished by the THz spectrum effectively. The result shows that THz-TDS technology has an advantage and potential application in the fine chemical product testing field. In addition, for the connection with fine chemical product and petroleum refining, the THz technique may have a widely application foreground in Oil-Gas Optical field.
