国内外汽轮机组级内效率研究现状

汽轮机流通部分损失是影响汽轮机效率的重要方面,合理的减少流通部分损失可以较大的提高汽轮机的效率,因此对汽轮机级内效率的研究和汽轮机的改造具有十分重要的意义。本文对国内外汽轮机机组级内效率的研究现状进行了介绍,包括流通部分间隙及其内部流场的研究现状,在此方面研究者采用了不同的研究方法和手段。此外还介绍了国内外汽轮机的流通部分改造情况,改造的主要方面包括一些汽封结构、低压排气缸和叶片的改造,以减少漏气损失。

urbine flow passage loss is one of the most important parts that affect Turbine efficiency. Reasonable reducing the loss can greatly improve the efficiency of the turbine .It is very important to get the recearch of turbine efficiency and do some flow passages transformation. This paper introduced some research status on clearance of flow passages , internal flow Field and Status of flow passages transformation about turbine at home and abroad. Different methods and means are used by different researchers.The flow passage transformation are about Gland structure, Low row cylinder and the transformation of leaf.
