气体静压轴承具有旋转精度高、高速旋转温升小以及清洁无污染等优点在工业得到了广泛的应用。本文针对径向推力联合气体静压轴承进行了研究,建立了这种轴承的数学模型,并使用Fluent软件对轴承内的气膜进行了仿真和计算,得到轴承内部的压力分布。之后,研究了供气压力、节流孔直径等参数对轴承轴向性能的影响。最后对这种轴承的轴向刚度进行了测量,实验结果与仿真结果一致。

erostatic bearing are widely used in industry for its high rotational accuracy, lower rise in temperature at high speed and free of pollution. In this paper, the mathematical model of radial-thrust aerostatic bearing is derived. Further on, the pressure distribution inside the bearing is simulated with Fluent. Then, the effects of supply gas pressure, diameter of orifice on axial static characteristics of gas bearing have been researched. Finally the static stiffness of the bearing is measured experimentally, the result of the experiment coincide with the simulation result.
