电动汽车以车载储能电池提供动力,零尾气排放,成为新能源汽车发展的主流。因此,有必要研发出一款价格较为低廉、效率较高和拥有自己知识产权的车载充电机。车载充电机硬件电路包含主回路电路和控制电路两个部分。其中主回路电路用于实现供电电源的AC/DC、DC/AC、AC/DC三次转换。主回路主要完成输入整流部分、全桥逆变部分和输出整流滤波部分的设计。控制电路主要用于实现PFC电路控制,全桥逆变电路驱动控制,以及与电池管理系统通信,并对输出电流、电压进行采集。此车载充电机实现满足交流额定输入市电要求下的的智能快速、高效充电,就有良好的自保护、自诊断功能和安全性。??
Powered by Vehicle energy storage battery and achieving the Zero emissions, the electric car has being become the mainstream in the development of new energy automobile .Therefore, it is necessary to develop our own intellectual proprietary car charger,which is cheaper and more efficient .The hardware circuit of the on-board charge consists of two parts of the main circuit and control circuits,Where the main circuit used for providing power supply for implementing AC/DC, DC/AC,AC/DC three conversions .The main circuit mainly complete input rectifier, full-bridge inverter output rectifier filter section and part of the design.The control circuit is mainly used for PFC control circuit, full-bridge inverter circuit drive control, and communicate with the battery management system, and the output current and voltage acquisition.This on_board charger achieve rated AC input to meet intelligent fast, efficient charging, there is a good self-protection requirements under mains, the self-diagnostic function and safety.?????
