采用水热法制备了花状TiO2纳米簇材料。通过调节TiCl4的用量,反应时间和反应温度,确定了最佳反应条件。X射线衍射分析及扫描和透射电子显微镜测试表明所制备的花状纳米簇材料为金红石相TiO2,突出的纳米线主要表露为(110)面。基于混合花状TiO2纳米簇与P25纳米颗粒作为光阳极材料的染料敏化太阳能电池能量转化效率达到了7.28%。强制调节光电压谱和强制调节光电流谱测试表明,电子与空穴复合时间的延迟及电子传输时间的缩短是效率提高的主要原因。

he hydrothermal method was applied in the synthesis of TiO2 cluster. The ideal condition was confirmed with the dosage of TiCl4, reaction time and reaction temperature tuned. The cluster turned to be rutile TiO2 with (110) face mainly exposed in raised fiber with the analysis of X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscope.The conversion efficiency with the mixture of TiO2 cluster and P25 particle as photoanode materials reached 7.28 %. It proved that thelonger electron recombination time and the faster electron transport time was the main reason of high efficiency measured by the intensity-modulated photovoltage spectroscopy and the intensity-modulated photocurrent spectroscopy.
