It concretely focuses on six aspects: the categories of traditional animal models of arthritis, the categories and etiopathogenesis of novel transgenic animal models of arthritis, the categories and etiopathogenesis of immune complex animal models of arthritis, the action of related cytokine and synovial cell in the development of arthritis and the research development of the most important transcription factor nf-kb in the pathogenesis of arthritis.
