关节炎动物模型的研究进展

本文章主要论述了近年来关节炎动物模型的发展概况。具体包括六个方面的内容:传统的关节炎研究模型的种类、新型的转基因关节炎模型的种类及发病机理、免疫复合物关节炎模型的种类及发病机理、关节炎发生发展过程中涉及到的相关细胞因子和滑膜细胞的作用的研究现状进行了论述,同时论述了关节炎发病机制中所涉及的一种重要的转录因子nf-kb的研究现状。
his review summarizes the major developments in animal models of arthritis in the past. It concretely focuses on six aspects: the categories of traditional animal models of arthritis, the categories and etiopathogenesis of novel transgenic animal models of arthritis, the categories and etiopathogenesis of immune complex animal models of arthritis, the action of related cytokine and synovial cell in the development of arthritis and the research development of the most important transcription factor nf-kb in the pathogenesis of arthritis.
