以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚乙二醇(PEG)和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为原料,采用预聚体法制备了甲乙酮肟(MEKO)封闭的水性TDI胶束。通过亲水性基团在聚氨酯链段结构中的引入,所制备的胶束可在水性溶液中稳定分散达6个月,并且可在加热条件下释放异氰酸基参与交联固化反应。本文对所制备封闭胶束的形貌、结构及解封闭特性进行了表征与测试,并系统研究了R值、DMPA含量及反应条件如中和度等对胶束粒径大小与分布以及其在水性溶液中分散稳定性的影响。

queous polyurethane micelles blocked by methyl ethyl ketoxime (MEKO) were prepared by pre-polymer mixing process, using toluene diisocyanate (TDI), polyethylene glycol (PEG) and dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA). The micelles could be dispersed and stabilized in aqueous solution up to 6 months, and the isocyanate group could be dissociated by heating for the subsequent crosslinking reaction. The morphology, structure and dissociation of the blocked polyurethane micelles were characterized, and the influence of R value, DMPA content and neutralization degree on the particle size and stability in water was further explored.
