文章介绍了SIEMENS 公司S7 - 200 PLC 在矿井采煤机中的应用。对PLC系统进行了软硬件配置，给出了 PLC 控制器的硬件构成与软件控制流程图。 设计了PLC程序实现两种工作状态下的转速输出以及部分保护功能。现场调试和运行结果表明，本项目安全运行，可靠性高，可以满足现场生产的要求。
he paper introduces the shearer control system of coal mine well based on Siemens S7 - 200 PLC, describes software configuration and hardware configuration, gives hardware structure diagram and software program logic of PLC, and designs rotate speed output ability under two kinds of working state. It is proved by the practical test and operation results that the shearer control system which features safe operation and high reliability can meet the production requirements.
