两种海藻与稻壳混合热解的热重-红外联用分析
G-FTIR Anslysis of two Seaweeds/Rice Husk Blends During Co-pyrolysis
利用热重-红外联用分析技术,对条浒苔、羊栖菜、稻壳、条浒苔+稻壳(1:1)、羊栖菜+稻壳(1:1)的热解过程进行分析研究。单样与混合物的热解过程均分为蒸发、解聚、脱挥、碳化等阶段。通过差示扫描量热分析,稻壳在主要热解阶段为吸热反应,但与海藻共热解后表现为放热,说明海藻与稻壳实现了能量的耦合。通过海藻与稻壳共热解的试验与理论叠积热失重速率曲线对比知在其主要挥发分析出阶段热失重速率得到提高。所以海藻与稻壳共热解特性并非各组分特性的简单叠加,而是产生了协同效应。通过红外分析可知,与稻壳不同,条浒苔和羊栖菜会释放出硫氧化物和含氮气体。最后采用Coats-Redfern积分法进行动力学分析,条浒苔、羊栖菜与稻壳的混合物在高温段和低温段的动力学机理函数分别符合二级反应方程和Avrami-Erofeev(n=1)方程。
wo algae mixed with the husk respectively was investigated by TG-DSC-FTIR analysis. No matter the single sample or mixture ,their whole pyrolysis process can be divided into four stages:evaporation, depolymerization, devolatilization and carbonization. The differential scanning calorimetry analysis showed that the main pyrolysis of the of HU was an endothermal process. However, the procedure of mixture was exothermal,which illustrated that the co-prolysis could increase the reaction and achieve energy coupling. The comparison of DTG and calculated curves of the mixture indicated that in the stage of main volatile gases emitted the pyrolysis rate is increased after mixture.The results testified that the mixture feature was not a simple superposition of different component but extised synergy effects.The fourier trandform infrared spectroscopy spectrum of volatile gases during pyrolysis shows that different samples have different compositions. Enteromorpha and sargassum would emit ammonia and sulfur oxides because of there being the protein, soluble polysaccharides and so on. The kinetic analysis was made with Coats-Redfern method.It indicated that activation energy is decreased and the best kinetic model for the pyrolysis of the mixture of alage and rice husk: at the high temperature section is the two reaction equation and at the low is Avrami-Erofeev(n=1)equation.
