Study on the application processing of HACCP system in the drunken Bullacta Exarata
本文从泥螺加工出发,对HACCP体系在醉泥螺加工中的应用进行了研究,并对可能的危害进行分析的基础上,确定了原料接收、调味料和金属探测这三个过程为关键控制点,并制定出企业详细的HACCP实施计划,以期供企业参考。
Basing on the Bullacta Exarata processing, the HACCP system in the application of drunken Bullacta Exarata processing was studied. According to the analysis of potential hazards, there were three critical control points, such as receiving raw materials, seasonings and metal detection. So a detailed implementation plan for enterprises was developed.
