深部复合顶板煤层巷道围岩控制技术及应用研究
Study on Surrounding Rock Control Technology of Coal Roadway in Deep Mine under Compound Roof
针对深部复合顶板煤巷的典型围岩条件,研究深部复合顶板条件下煤层巷道围岩控制技术。通过相关的理论分析和数值模拟计算,提出了高预应力、高强度锚杆和锚索梁组合支护方案,并进行了工业性试验及矿压观测分析。矿压观测结果表明,围岩变形控制在100mm范围内,巷道围岩变形控制效果好,围岩结构稳定。
Pointing to the typical surrounding rock of coal roadway with complex roof in deep mine, this paper studied on surrounding rockcontrol technology of large fracture coal roadway in deep mine under compound roof. Through numerical simulation and theory analysis, high pretensioned stress anchor bolt and anchor rope combinedsupporting program was used, and then industryexperiment and mine pressure observation have been done. Mineral pressure observation result shows fracture ofsurrounding rock was controlled within 100mm, the deformation control results of the gateway surrounding rockwere ex-cellent and the surrounding rock structure was stable.
