花生壳活性炭对铜离子的吸附研究

本文概述了花生壳的主要组成成分、综合利用现状等,研究了以花生壳为原料,采用氯化锌活化法制取活性炭的最佳工艺条件;通过单因素实验得出制备花生壳活性炭的最佳条件是:活化温度为600℃,活化时间为1小时,花生壳与氯化锌溶液的料液比(质量比)为1∶2,氯化锌溶液质量浓度为50%。另外,本研究探讨了pH值对花生壳活性炭吸附铜离子的影响;通过正交实验得出了自制的花生壳活性炭吸附处理铜离子溶液的最佳工艺条件是:吸附温度45℃,吸附时间60min,振荡速率200r/min,活性炭用量为2g/L;其中活性炭用量和振荡速率是最主要的影响因素。对花生壳活性炭的与市售活性炭吸附性能的对比也进行了一定的探讨。

In this paper, the main component part and multiple use of peanut shell were listed . Moreover, the optimal condition of activated carbon from peanut shell by using the zine chloride activation method was studied in the paper. The optimum conditions are as follows: the weight ratio of peanut shell to ZnCl2 solution1∶2, mass percentage of ZnCl2 50%, activated temperature 600℃, activated time 1 hour. In addition, the effect of pH on activated carbon of peanut shell adsorbed Cu2+ was studied, and an orthogonal test was designed to optimize the preparation. The optimum conditions as follows: adsorption temperature 45℃, adsorption time 60 min, oscillation frequency 200 r/min and adsorbing material 2g/L. Some experiments were projected for contrast study with the adsorption function of marketed activated carbon.
