对于具有分布时滞的不确定中立型随机时滞系统的鲁棒H∞控制问题,给出了非脆弱状态反馈控制器的设计方法,即设计的状态反馈控制器在实际应用中当其参数受到外界干扰而发生一定变化时,仍能保证相应的闭环系统不仅是鲁棒均方随机渐近稳定的,而且还满足给定的H∞性能。本文利用Lyapunov稳定性理论和伊藤公式,通过线性矩阵不等式,得到了非脆弱状态反馈控制器存在的与时滞相关的充分条件。并给出了该具有分布时滞的不确定中立型随机时滞系统的非脆弱状态反馈控制器的设计方法。最后,通过数值试验验证了本文所提出的非脆弱状态反馈控制器设计方法的有效性。

his paper considers the H∞ control problem for uncertain neutral stochastic time-delay systems with distributed delays via non-fragile controllers, i.e., the controllers can stabilize the uncertain neutral stochastic time-delay systems with distributed delays and satisfy the prescribed H∞ performance even if the controllers are perturbed externally in practice. Making use of the theory of Lyapunov stability and the It formula, a delay-dependent sufficient condition for the existence of such non-fragile H∞ controllers for the uncertain neutral stochastic time-delay systems is obtained by the linear matrix inequality, and the expression of the desired non-fragile controllers for the uncertain neutral stochastic time-delay systems is given. Finally, an example is provided to demonstrate the effective of the proposed method for the uncertain neutral stochastic time-delay systems.
