乳牙牙髓干细胞多向性分化的研究进展
Research Advances on Multiple Differentiation of Stem cells from Human Exfoliated Deciduous Steeth
乳牙牙髓干细胞是存在于口腔组织中的未分化间充质干细胞,具有修复受损牙齿结构、诱导骨形成并能治疗神经组织损伤和退行性病变等功能。在一定条件下能够分离、培养和扩增,并具有自我增殖的能力和多向分化的潜能。本文综述了乳牙牙髓干细胞成骨向、软骨向、神经向、脂肪向和成牙本质向等分化的研究进展。
Stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous steeth are undifferentiated mesenchymal stem cells in the oral tissues, and have the function to repair damaged tooth structures, induce bone formation, and treat of nerve tissue damage and degeneration. Under certain conditions, stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous steeth can be isolated, cultured, expanded, and has the ability of self-proliferation and differentiation potential. This paper reviewed the research progresses in the differentiation of stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous steeth into osteoblasts, chondrocytes, neurons, adipocytes, and odontoblasts.
