本研究介绍了一种不同深度土壤二氧化碳通量的原位测定方法及装置。鉴于土壤与空气之间的对流和扩散原理,利用标有尺度的钻杆,由土壤表面垂直向下钻眼,借助于样杆,从不同土壤深度中取得二氧化碳样品,直接通往仪器,根据红外线对二氧化碳气体具有特殊吸收的物理性质,定时测定不同深度土壤放出或吸收二氧化碳的浓度。将不同深度土壤所测得CO2浓度值,代入计算公式,即可求得标准大气压下,某一土壤深度单位面积、单位时间内的二氧化碳通量值。本研究可用于土壤不同深度CO2通量的观测、不同深度土壤层CO2存储量的估测、土地利用变化引起土壤CO2释放量变化的测算和估计,以及植被或地力恢复速率的评价,如工业废弃物、垃圾、采矿迹地的处理和恢复等。

he study has introduced a measuring method and its apparatus for CO2 fluxes from depths known of soil in situ. The apparatus consists of three parts: an analyzer, a drilling pole and a probe pole. The Infrared CO2 Gas Analyzer was connected with the probe by soft pipe. According to a principle of convection and diffusion between soil air and atmosphere, a drilling pole, on which dimensions was marked, has been drive from soil surface into any depths vertically. The sample of CO2 from soil is obtained in the different depths of the soil and measured by the Infrared CO2 Gas Analyzer with the probe pole, which based on the physical property of infrared ray absorption for CO2 specially. The CO2 fluxes from the different depths of soil are carried out by a formula given finally. The method and apparatus are helpful to measure CO2 fluxes in the different soil depths in situ, to estimate the CO2 storage in soil, to measure the changes of CO2 released from soil by Land Use Change, and to evaluate the potential of land productivity recuperated and vegetation recovered.
