3D图形学快速发展,3D技术已经渗透到人们生活的各个领域。而对于3D引擎的研究,尤其在移动终端平台,我国起步比较晚,关键技术一直掌握的外国人手中。BREW是Qualcomm公司提供的全面的、端到端无线应用开发、设备配置、应用分发、计费和支付的解决方案,在BREW平台上研究和开发3D引擎具有重大的意义。本文从对3D引擎的基本结构和图形系统出发,研究了3D引擎移植的基本流程,并且给出了提高性能的优化方案,分别从速度方面和内存方面给出了具体的优化方法,最后给出了3D应用的开发和适配过程的关键问题的解决途径。对于速度的优化,本文还给出了优化后试验数据分析,验证了优化方案对于提高性能的有效性。

With the rapid development of 3D graphics, 3D technology has penetrated into all areas of people's lives. The key technologies of 3D engine are monopolized by foreign, and China is very backward, especially in the field of mobile terminals. BREW is a solution provided by QUALCOMM, with which users can download favorite applications, customize phone's features to make it more personalized, so there is great significance of researching and developing 3D engine on BREW platform. In this paper, starting from the basic structure of the 3D engine and 3D graphics system, the basic process to migrate the 3D engine is studied, some optimization solutions to improve the performances of 3D engine are proposed, from the speed and memory respectively. Finally, a solution of developing and adapting 3D application based on this 3D engine is proposed. Besides, the test data analysis after optimization is presented to verify the effectiveness of optimization for improving the performance of 3D engine.
