NKX3.1是近年来发现的雄激素调节的,前列腺特异性的同源框基因,动物研究表明,同源框基因NKX3.1参与前列腺的发生发育及上皮分化,但还缺乏人体研究的资料。方法:收集人类胚胎期、青年期、老年期前列腺标本,运用免疫组化技术,从蛋白层面分析其表达情况;收集人前列腺癌标本运用免疫组化分析NKX3.1的表达。结果:青年期和老年期前列腺NKX3.1的表达明显强于胚胎期。NKX3.1在前列腺癌中的表达强于其在正常前列腺和良性前列腺增生中的表达,在前列腺癌标本中,低分化前列腺癌NKX3.1的表达强于高、中分化前列腺癌。

KX3.1 is a newly found,androgen-regulated prostate- specific homeobox gene.It may play an important role in the development,differentiation and carcinogenesis of prostate.This study aims to explore the expression profile of NKX3.1 in prostate tissures of different ages and in benign and malignant prostate tissures. Methods Immunohistochemistry were carried out to detect the the expression profile of NKX3.1 in prostate tissures of different ages, and prostate cancer specimens . Results There were no significant difference of the expression of NKX3.1 between the adult and old prostate tissures,while both of which were stronger than the fetal prostate tissures.The expression of NKX3.1 in a total of 32 prostate cancer specimens are stronger than that of other benign prostate tissures.And the expression of NKX3.1 in low differentiation specimens were stronger than that of middle and high differentiation specimens.
