针对柴达木盆地某盐湖提钾后老卤,以0℃和25℃H3BO3-MgCl2-H2O体系相图为指导,研究了酸化-冷冻提取硼酸工艺的pH、冷冻温度、冷冻时间等因素对硼回收率的影响,获得了老卤酸化提硼的最佳工艺条件:VHCl/V卤水=4:125,0℃最佳冷冻时间3 h,-10℃最佳冷冻时间5 h,粗硼酸经重结晶和干燥后的产品纯度可达99%以上,单次循环硼回收率在75%以上。

On the basis of phase diagram of the system (H3BO3-MgCl2-H2O) at 0℃ and 25℃, the effect of pH, freezing temperature, and freezing time were investigated in order to recovery boron from the mother liquor brine after potassium extracting in Qaidam Basin. A series of operating conditions including acidizing, freezing and separating had been studied, and the optimum conditions were obtained with VHCl/Vbrines = 4:125, 3 h freezing time at 0℃ and 5 h in -10℃, respectively. The result showed that boron recovery rate is more than 75% in one single recycling, and the purity of boron acid reached 99% after re-crystallizing and drying of the crude boric acid.
