以六年生曙光油桃/青州冬雪蜜桃为试材,研究40℃、45℃、50℃三个梯度高温短时间处理对花芽和叶芽的存活率、萌芽级数、总酚含量和PAL、PPO、POD酶活性的影响,探讨短时间高温处理对桃自然休眠的调控效应。结果表明:短时间高温处理对桃自然休眠的调控效应因处理时期、处理温度和处理持续时间长短的不同而异,随高温处理时期的推迟,处理温度的升高,处理时间的延长,高温处理对桃自然休眠的解除作用增强。11月30日高温处理中,与对照处理(常温)相比,40℃高温处理对桃自然休眠具有负调控效应,其萌芽级数和PPO、POD酶活性均低于对照,而总酚含量和PAL酶活性高于对照;自45℃0.5小时后的其余高温处理对桃自然休眠呈正调控效应即具有部分代替低温需求量的作用,其萌芽级数、PPO、POD酶活性与对照相比明显升高,而总酚含量和PAL酶活性显著降低,虽然部分花芽和叶芽因高温处理而死亡,但是在存活芽中短时间高温对桃芽休眠解除作用明显增强;12月10日高温处理中,40℃高温处理对桃自然休眠的调控效应不明显,45℃0.5小时以后的高温处理和11月30日高温处理相同,也具有正调控效应,只是前者对桃自然休眠的调控效果优于后者。不同高温处理桃芽的萌芽级数和总酚含量之间的相关性分析表明,总酚含量的降低可能是高温解除休眠的原因;而高温可能是通过使PAL酶活性降低,PPO、POD酶活性的升高,加速酚类物质的氧化,从而使桃芽中总酚含量快速下降。

ffects of short-term heating at 40℃、45℃、50℃ on bud livability, bud burst, the content of total phenolics and the activity of PAL、PPO、POD enzyme in “Shuguang” nectarine peach tree were studied in order to know the mechanism of short-term heating releasing the endodormancy. The results indicated that effects of short-term heating on the endodormancy were different by date, temperature and time of treatment. Effects of short-tern heating on the release of endodormancy were advanced by the postponement of treatment date, the raise of treatment temperature and the prolonging of treatment time. In 30 November, compared with no-heating treatment(ck), 40℃-heating treatment postponed the date of endodormancy release, the bud burst, and the activity of PPO、POD enzyme were lower than ck ,and the content of total phenolics and the activity of PAL enzyme were higher than ck, but 45℃ and 50℃-heating treatment advanced the date of endodormancy release, the bud burst, and the activity of PPO、POD enzy
