芳香开窍药抗脑缺血的实验研究进展

review of the recent decade literature suggests that the drugs of inducing resuscitation with fragrant have the effect of anti-cerebral ischemia in animal studies, and the mechanism are related to improve energy-dysmetabolism, anti-oxidation, inhibit inflammation cytokine, regulate NO level, resist neurotoxic effect of excitatory amino acids and Ca2+ overloading, and suppress apoptosis. Thus, it revealed that the drugs of inducing resuscitation with fragrant may contribute to the treatment of cerebral ischemia disease.
