轴瓦油添加油精试验研究
Experimental Investigation on adding Magnetic Oil to Lubricant
回转窑托轮轴瓦是保证其稳定安全运行的关键,由于长期在重载荷、露天环境下运行,很容易造成轴瓦发热,影响正常生产,因而对润滑油应有较高的要求。现用的460#极压工业齿轮油不能满足要求,而改用轴瓦油,添加一定比例的油精后的轴瓦油可以进一步提高润滑效果,本次试验使用MS-800型四球磨损试验机来检测460#油和轴瓦油添加不同比例的油精后的承载能力,得出不同添加比例下润滑油的最大无卡咬负荷PB,烧结负荷PD,综合磨损值ZMZ三指标值。并通过分析,找到轴瓦油中油精的最佳添加比例为10%。试验成果在实际运行中收到良好的效果,对预防轴瓦发热具有重要意义。
Rotary kiln liner, key equipment to guarantee the rotary kiln of running stably and safely, often working in bad conditions of a heavy load and open air, which easily leads to liner overheating problems, and have a bad influence on the production, so the requirements of lubricant is high. The 460#exrtreme pressure industry gear oil can not meet the demand, and a better liner oil is selected to use, which reaches to expected effects; Adding magnetic oil to lubricants can greatly improve lubricant effects , to determine the optimal adding ratio, experiments of adding magnetic oil to 460# and liner oil are carried out in a Four-Ball EP Tester, and targeted values of PB, PD, ZMZ under adding different magnetic oil ratio are obtained. Through analyzing the values, optimal adding ratio of ten percents is determined. The research results have received excellent effects which have a great significance in preventing the liner from overheating.
