磁控电弧传感器的细丝埋弧焊熔宽建模
Study on pool width modeling for thin wire submerged arc welding of the magnetic control arc sensor
以磁控电弧传感器模型为基础,建立了磁控电弧传感器焊缝跟踪系统的细丝埋弧焊熔宽数学模型。利用该数学模型研究横向交变磁场下焊缝熔宽的变化规律。选取模型中的主要参数进行焊接试验,得到励磁频率和励磁电流对焊缝熔宽影响规律曲线。模拟结果和实际焊接试验结果基本吻合,所建模型对磁控细丝埋弧焊焊缝跟踪系统研究有一定的指导意义。
In this paper, Based on magnetic control arc sensor model, established the mathematical model of magnetron arc sensor pool width which based on the Magnetic-controlled arc seam tracking system for submerged arc welding. Using the mathematical model to study the change rule of the pool width which was under the lateral alternation magnetic field. The main parameters in the model have been selected to be done experiment, and got the influence law of the pool width curve affect by excitation frequency and excitation current. The simulation results and actual welding test results are basically identical, the model which established in this paper is certain directive significance to the Magnetic-controlled arc seam tracking system for submerged arc welding.
