棉花脂转运蛋白GHLTPⅡ12的克隆与分析

培育优良棉花纤维品质的新品种是棉花育种的重要目标之一。目前,大量纤维发育相关的基因被挖掘,但是对其功能尚不明确。本研究在前期实验室研究的基础上,筛选出一个与纤维相关性较强的基因,并克隆该基因,命名GHLTPⅡ12。GHLTPⅡ12的cDNA全长为327bp,编码108个氨基酸,预测蛋白大小为11.595kD,理论等电点为8.87, 1-25处有信号肽,蛋白在53-108处有一个跨膜结构域,包含一个Hydrophobic seed 保守结构域,属于脂转运蛋白。定位于细胞质和细胞膜。
ultivating new varieties with excellent cotton fiber quality is one of the important objectives of cotton breeding. At present, a large number of genes related to fiber development have been excavated, but their functions are still unclear. On the basis of previous laboratory studies, this study screened out a gene with strong correlation with fiber, and cloned the gene, named GHLTPⅡ12. The full-length cDNA of GHLTPⅡ12 is 327bp, encoding 108 amino acids. the predicted protein size is 11.595kD, and the theoretical isoelectric point is 8.87. the protein has a transmembrane domain at 53-108, including a conserved domain of Hydrophobic seed, which belongs to lipid transporter. Localization in cytoplasm and cell membrane.
