医疗大数据下数据库合并技术的研究
Studies on the Database Merging Techniques for Healthcare Data
在大数据背景下,医疗数据有着动态、高速、多样式增长的特点,其数据查询对象也开始逐渐开放面向病人,而医疗数据查询时的高精准、快响应的需求便迫使医疗数据查询能够更加高效地支持多用户高并发式的查询处理。本文提出一种SQL—Combines算法,可以在给定集群规模的基础上,对数据库的并发数做进一步的扩大,同时,也有效地加快整体查询语句的查询速度。实验结果表明,SQL—Combines技术能进一步地扩大请求的并发数,并有效缩短整体查询的查询消耗时间。
Under the background of big data, healthcare data enjoys a growth of dynamic. High speed and diversity. Meanwhile, it is becoming accessible to patients, which brings new challenges to healthcare data query. The demand for preciseness-quick response is forcing healthcare data query to update to support multiple users and high concurrent. Therefore, an SQL - Combines algorithm is proposed in this paper, which based on a given cluster scale, can further more expand the database concurrency and effectively speed up the overall query. Evaluations show that the SQL - Combines technology can expand the number of concurrent requests , and reduce the query time effectively.
