龙虾壳红色素对D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠学习记忆及脑组织抗氧化能力的影响
he Effects of Astaxanthin on Learning Ability and the Oxidative Stress in Brain of Aging Mice Induced by D-galactose
目的 观察龙虾壳红色素对D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠的影响。方法 建立D-半乳糖致小鼠衰老模型,通过Y迷宫实验观察D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠学习记忆能力,采用黄嘌呤氧化酶法、TBA比色法测定大脑SOD活性和MDA含量活性,Sohal法测定小鼠大脑组织中脂褐质(LF) 含量,双波长薄层扫描仪测定全脑谷氨酸(L-glu)的含量。观察小鼠服用龙虾壳红色素提取物后上述指标的变化。结果 与D-半乳糖模型组相比,龙虾壳红色素中、高剂量可提高衰老模型小鼠的学习记忆能力(P<0.05);龙虾壳红色素中、高剂量可增加D-半乳糖所致衰老模型小鼠大脑SOD活性、降低MDA、LF含量(P<0.05);虾红素高剂量可抑制谷氨酸含量的增加(P<0.05)。结论 龙虾壳红色素能有效改善D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠空间学习记忆能力及脑组织的抗氧化能力,从而达到延缓脑衰老的作用。
Objective To study the effect of Astaxanthin on the Oxidative Stress in Brain of Aging Mice Induced by D-galactose.Methods With the model of aging mice induced by D-gal ,the learning memory ability of mice was measured by using Y-maze,and the contents of SOD、MDA、Lipofuscin and L-glutamate in the cerebrums were determined, the mice treated with Astaxanthin were observed.Results In D-gal+ Astaxanthin (middle or high doses)groups,the abilities of learning-memory of aging mice were remarkably improved ,the activities of SOD increased and the MDA、Lipofuscin and L-glutamate content decreasd clearly in the cerebrums of mice, when compared with D-gal model group(P<0.05) .Conclusions Astaxanthin can ameliorate aging of mice induced by D-gal.
