根据西安煤机厂提供的物理金相报告对采煤机行走轮磨损失效机理进行金相组织分析。采煤机行走轮材料18Cr2Ni4WA是含合金元素较多的渗碳钢,正确的热处理可使工件心部具有足够的强度和韧性,而表面具有高的硬度和耐磨性,以增高工件的疲劳强度,使其具有良好的综合力学性能。文章最后结合采煤机的工作环境,对行走轮提出两种改进方法。

ccording to the physical metallographic report provided by xi'an Coal Mining Machinery Plant China,there is analysis on the coal mining machine wheel failure mechanism of metallographic organization. The materials of the coal mining machine's wheel is 18Cr2Ni4WA which is carburizing carbon steels containing alloy elements more.The correct heat treatment can make the heart of workpiece with sufficient strength and toughness,surface hardness and high wear resistance, and increase the fatigue strength of workpiece, which has good comprehensive mechanical properties.At last,the two improved methods of wheel were put forward based on the coal mining machine working environment.
