网络协同设计几何模型共享关键技术

为了解决协同设计过程中几何模型的共享问题,研究了实现几何模型共享的几个关键技术问题,提出一种网络协同设计环境下特征模型共享的分布式体系结构、面向模型局部操作的“游历——查询”特征的历史记录来重构模型的特征建模方法、异类CAD系统之间的动态数据交换组织模式。同时,提出一种面向对象的实时复制结构下基于优先权限的乐观并发控制协议,保证在各站点操作的执行结果之间的一致性。所有这些关键技术的共同作用确保了基于网络协同设计几何模型共享的实时性和一致性的实现。

o solve the geometric model sharing for Internet-based collaborative design, several key technologies were researched. A distributed system structure of Internet-based collaborative design was presented. A novel approach of reconstructing 3D model towards the local operation of the feature modeling was developed. This approach was based on tour-query of the historic records of feature modeling. The organization mode of dynamic data exchange was developed, which carries out the real-time exchange and consistency of the dynamic data among the different platforms and CAD systems. An Object-oriented Priority-based Optimistic Concurrency Control Protocol in real-time Replication structure (OPOCCPR) was developed. The protocol ensured high efficiency and consistency of sharing model and data at different sites. All the technologies that worked together make sure to realize the real-time and consistency of geometric model sharing for Internet-based collaborative design.
