异养型同步硝化反硝化处理微污染水源水的研究
Heterotrophic nitrification bacteria and Aerobic denitrifiers for simultaneous nitrification and denitrification dispose the micro-polluted water
针对微污染水源水营养贫乏特点,从富集驯化的底泥中筛选出3株异养硝化细菌和3株好氧反硝化细菌,3株异养硝化细菌对氨氮的去除率分别为97.02%、100%和100%,3株好氧反硝化细菌对总氮的去除率为98.52%, 98.55%和98.6%,利用固定化微生物技术将异养硝化菌、好氧反硝化菌固定于海绵球型填料上,强化生物接触氧化处理水源水,试验结果表明:在水温25°C、溶解氧4mg/L左右、水力长期停留的条件下,经过17天的运行,氨氮去除效率可以达到100%,总氮去除率达到42%。
ccording to the characteristics of micro-polluted Water. By adopting sequencing batch reactor , selection and enrichment of 3 heterotrophic nitrification bacteria and 3 aerobic denitrifiers in the sediment. The efficiencies of the NH4-N by 3 heterotrophic nitrification bacteria were 97.02%、100% and 100%.The efficiencies of the TN by the 3 aerobic denitrifiers were 98.52%, 98.55% and 98.6%. We put heterotrophic nitrifying bacteria and aerobic denitrifying bacteria on suspended sponge spherical packing using immobilized microbes, in order to strengthen bio-contact oxidation method and research the process of Nitrification-Denitrification and removal effect in the aerobic technical conditions. the experiment results showed that in the 25°C, DO=4mg/L, long hydraulic stay conditions, the removal rates of NH4-N and TN reached 100% and 42% during 17 days operation.
