针对近几年毕业设计质量出现滑坡的现象,以辽宁石油化工大学电类专业为例,对毕业设计教学模式进行探索,以工程教育专业认证和卓越工程师培养计划为契机,从选题、指导、管理、评价等几方面进行了初步的改革实践,重点突出其工程性,改革结果已取得初步成效。在今后的毕业设计教学中,提出学生自主选择开题时间、多元化的设计团队和指导团队、为学生创造创新实践的学习环境、完善创新激励机制等新途径,实现毕业设计质量的工程化,达到以评促建,提高学生的工程实践能力。

iming at the landslide phenomenon of graduation project quality in recent years, taking the electric specialty of Liaoning Shihua University as an example, the teaching mode of graduation project is reformed and practiced through grasping the opportunity of the engineering education professional certification and outstanding engineers training plan from the aspects of selection, guidance, management and evaluation. The reform highlights its the project, and the result of the reform has achieved initial success. In the future graduation design teaching, some new ways will be put forward to achieve the quality of graduation project, which are the students auto select the thesis proposal time, diversified design team and guide team, create innovative and practical learning environment, improve the innovation incentive mechanism. After reform the students\' ability of engineering practice will be improved.
